How the UK M4T website handles quotes, enquiries and payments.
Quotes and service prices
Transport prices are indicative, not bookings. Distance is estimated from the selected addresses with an allowance for road travel; it is not measured road routing. Vehicle suitability, access, availability, tolls and additional work are agreed directly.
Information used by this site
Address searches are sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service. Quote, tyre and partner submissions are stored in the secured UK M4T admin dashboard so the team can respond. Images and brand fonts may load from the existing UK M4T website.
Payments
Card payments are completed on Stripe’s secure website. UK M4T does not ask customers to type card details directly into this site. Job references are used to retrieve the payment amount and Stripe link entered by UK M4T.
Admin access
The admin area uses ChatGPT sign-in. Business settings, enquiries and payment records are available only to the authorised owner account.
Your choices
You can contact UK M4T to ask what information is held about your enquiry or to request a correction. Essential enquiry information is retained only as needed for customer service, records and legal obligations.
